Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place your unworn boots back in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
